I wanted to thank you for the great job you did mounting my son’s Deer and Turkey recently. I have had many animals mounted over the years in Texas and Arkansas by several different taxidermists, but none have looked as authentic and impressive as your work. It’s a pleasure working with you and I will be sending you all my families’ future harvests that require taxidermy work.
Sincerely and best regards,
Little Rock, Arkansas
There are a lot of places out there that do mounts but none of them compare to the quality of what you will receive at Nature's Image. Kevin does and outstanding job of showing detail and characteristics of the animal. I have had him mount two fish and a deer I just got back. Looks the same as the day I harvested it, and the fish are actual skin mounts not reproductions like a lot of places do. He will be receiving all of my future business. Thanks for the great work it was worth every penny.
I wanted to thank you for the turkey fan mounts and deer mounts that you have done for my step-sons and grandsons. Everyone that sees them say that they look so life like. And the fish that you restored for me looks great and the ones you mounted for me look like they could swim right off the wall I have never seen such detail. I remember all the calls about my cutthroat trout until we got the colors perfect on the fins and around the gills. I proudly tell everyone who done our mounts for three generations of us and for generations to come. Like I tell people taxidermy is an art and you are no doubt are one of the best artist I have had the pleasure to work with.
Sincerely Mike Leath
The attention to detail that Kevin puts into his craft is amazing. He truly is an artist and I will never take another animal to any other taxidermist. In addition to his ability to recreate the natural appearance of these animals, Kevin has proven to be extremely trustworthy with your memories and takes great pride in his profession.
Two of my deer and two of my turkey hanging on my living room wall are the work of Nature's Image Taxidermy. I have received many compliments on their lifelike appearance. I have never seen better attention to detail, including on fish that friends of mine had mounted by Kevin.
Kevin is a taxidermist to most people. However, he's an artist in my eyes. I'm very particular about my fish and game mounts looking realistic. I have used several taxidermist in my lifetime and none of them come close to Kevin's work. I met Kevin in 1998 and have used him for all of my mounts. His fish look like they just came out of the water. Kevin uses the real head that gives each fish its own unique look. The fish he mounted 15 years ago look just like the ones he did last year. The deer mounts are absolutely as realistic as they get. He puts in large tear ducts, whites in the eyes, a relaxed eye, muscle tone and much more. The game mounts he did 15 years ago still look as fresh as the day I picked them up. If you want a mount that looks realistic and will last a lifetime, give Kevin a call.
After two days of tracking the 177 5/8 inch Whitetail Deer I shot opening morning with temperatures into the 70’s I headed back to my home in southwest Mo. The following morning (Monday) I called Kevin at Natures image Taxidermy to make sure he was in the studio. Knowing I had limited time if not already past the time when the hair would start to slip from my cape. The buck had been shot from an extreme rear angle going through the paunch to reach the off lung not exiting the far shoulder. Let me tell you this thing had an odor, even the cape smelled like road kill. Kevin got to work right away with a solution that would stop the bacteria growth and decomposition.
Kevin’s professionalism saved my trophy, and I didn’t hesitate to take my third shoulder mount to him. The details he puts into his work puts him far above work I have seen from other shops…bottom line I don’t trust my trophy’s to anyone else!
